Refund and returns policy

Our products and prices are those stated on the website. All prices are stated in CHF (Swiss Francs) or in EUR (Euros) where applicable, and include statutory value added tax (VAT). Switzerland standard VAT rate is 8.1% of the product price for most items.

After placing an order in our online store, you will receive an order confirmation email. It contains the details of your order, and our Terms and Conditions that you accepted during the ordering process. The purpose of this email is to inform you that we have received your order and we recommend that you print out out or save it on your computer.

Your order would be either accepted, or rejected. (Reasons for rejecting an order may include, for example: if a product is no longer available; if we cannot obtain authorization for the your payment, etc. outlined in our Terms and Conditions).

If you cancel your order, we will notify you of any payment that has already been made by the refund option(s) of the order.

When the order is accepted, the ordered items are dispatched.

Deliveries to Switzerland:

Delivery is generally carried out via the Swiss Post AG delivery service. For deliveries to Switzerland, the shipping costs are borne by Marra Kunst Kuratorin.

Deliveries to other countries:

The desired delivery service can be defined during the ordering process. The costs incurred must be paid by the buyer in advance. Additional customs fees may apply when shipping to countries outside Switzerland. These are not included in the price and must be paid by the customer.

We do everything in our power to adhere to the specified delivery times. We will inform you immediately about any delivery delays that occur.

If the delivery delay lasts more, than 3 weeks after the original delivery date, the you are entitled to cancel your order. Further claims, in particular claims for damages, are excluded.

If the delivery of the ordered items fails due to the fault of the customer despite 3 delivery attempts, we can withdraw from the contract. Any payments made to us will be refunded immediately.

Withdrawal and return

For all purchases of our goods via our online shop (with the exception of certain products; review the cancellation restrictions in our Terms and Conditions), you as a consumer have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving of the goods without providing further reasons. You can use the sample cancellation form, which is available at the bottom of our Terms and Conditions page “Hdappe.com withdrawal form for physical products”, but this is not mandatory.

After receiving the products, the check them for accuracy, completeness and any damage. Errors or damage must be reported to Hdappe.com within 5 business days. Defects that could not be discovered during a proper inspection and only appear later must be reported in writing immediately after their discovery.

The prerequisite for exercising the right of withdrawal is that you return the goods to us unused, complete and intact, if possible in the original packaging. The items and the completed return receipt must be returned to the following address:

It’s recommended to use a tracked shipping method to monitor the return’s progress. 

Refunds

If you cancel the contract and if the items are returned properly, we will refund the total price paid by you including delivery costs (with some exceptions outlined in our Terms and Conditions).

The repayment depends on the payment method originally used, and will be made to the associated account that was used for the payment. Please ensure that you have access to the specified account.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned items, or until you have provided evidence that you have sent them back to us.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.

Then: contact your credit card company (if applicable), as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next: contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
